The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after delivery for completeness, damage or other deviations from what the customer has ordered. In case of incomplete delivery or damage or other deviations, the client must report this to Vivan Trade within 24 hours after delivery, failing which its rights to claim fulfilment, dissolution and/or compensation will lapse.
Without prejudice to the other provisions of these general terms and conditions, Vivan Trade guarantees that the goods delivered will correspond with what is specified in the agreement.
Vivan Trade will only offer a guarantee on the delivered goods if and insofar as this is offered by the supplier and/or manufacturer and Vivan Trade can invoke this guarantee against the supplier and/or manufacturer.
Without prejudice to the stipulations (no later than 24 hours after delivery), the client must report to Vivan Trade, in writing and provided with a sufficiently concrete description of the observed defects, any defects that were not visible or should not reasonably have been discovered by the client during the inspection, within 5 working days.
